From asphalt paving, to plumbing, to landscaping, and lot's of ones in between. I know how important it is to have a strong and durable body, not only to perform on the job, but also to have the energy to enjoy the rest of your life.

Maximum Effectiveness, Minimum Time
You work long hours. You have a family, responsibilities, hobbies. You don't want to spend your life in the gym. You want to get in, get a good workout in, and get on with your day. This is EXACTLY what this program provides. You'll start with a 10-15 minute warm-up circuit, then one main strength movement, two assistance movements, and finish off with 10-15 minutes of hard conditioning work.

More Durable, Less Pain
Your body is how you make a living, you need it to be durable and injury resistant. We will build that durability in this program. I have done physical labor all my life, and know how to build strength not only in the gym, but that transfers to your real life. You'll have more energy both at work, and for your family and hobbies, to make life more enjoyable.

Built on Basics
The basics are the basics because they work. You won't need any fancy equipment for this program. In fact if you have a squat rack, barbell, plates, and some DBs, you won't even need a gym. This program has been designed so that you garage gym gladiators, or basement barbarians have everything you need to get strong and stay that way.

I've been at both ends of the weight spectrum as well, with my heaviest strongman days weighing at 330lbs at 5'11", to now being right around 225lbs. It's been an awesome journey!!
